Hemlock

Tsuga (from Japanese) commonly called Hemlock is a genus of conifers in the pine family Pinaceae. It is generally found in the western parts of North America as well as eastern Asia. The name Hemlock comes from the similar smell to the unrelated poisonous hemlock plant. The Tsuga species are not poisonous.
